I was totally thrilled with your menu and your presentation! I loved how you grasped my concept from the start and ran with it. Your in depth research of the subject theme was very impressive...and I appreciated very much your process of choice etc. Very professional and yet user friendly. Thank you! People were intrigued and delighted with the food. Overwhelming raves about the taste and contents and many appreciated the fact it was all organic. I thought the flowers a wonderful touch to the serving dishes....you chose a colour and a kind of 'tropic' feel by them which I suspect was intentional and so thoughtful of you. I loved the 'folded' napkins in a basket which was also just the right tone of organic informality that the burlap and the fresh ingredients of the appetizers called for given my indigenous Brazilian theme.

Oh my God, what a night! I cannot tell you how many complements I have received on the food, guys it was absolutely delicious!!! I think I could have eaten about 50 of those little roast beef sandwiches, and chicken tacos yum yum!  So thank you and all your help for making Dave's party a great success, I would highly, highly, highly recommend you to anyone who asked!

We want to thank you for the wonderful contribution that you made to our party on May 15. We have tasted your food at previous functions and knew how good it was. We were not disappointed. The food, the service, the efficiency and the way in which you cleaned up afterwards were first rate. We enjoyed having you and Dan at our party.

Alex and Dan's choice of menu was inspired and creative. The main course was a choice of salmon or chicken placed upon a cedar plank and barbequed (served with an interesting array of condiments). There were also wonderful roast baby potatoes, grilled mushrooms and salad. Dessert was a luscious fruit crisp with cream.

Alex and Dan had great staff, they were attentive and everyone was well looked after. Many people called me post party to say that it was one of the most memorable and lovely summer dinner parties they had ever attended.

It's the type of party I've always dreamed of hosting. While I may have had this great vision of an evening that I would like to host, I could not have accomplished it without Alex and Dan’s creativity, experience and service. The whole evening flowed perfectly. It was so nice to be a guest at my own party!

Carl and I have had the great pleasure of thoroughly enjoying various events where Alex and Dan have catered so it was pretty easy for us to elect their services for our Wedding Reception. Alex and Dan made it so easy for us to stay within budget and yet provided an offering of hors d'oeuvres, servers and service that simply added to the magic of our evening.
