~ We were thrilled when Alex and Dan told us they used local and/or organic ingredients and we knew we had our caterer.  They served the most delicious meal and our guests were very impressed at the unique, yet simple and light summery food that suited the setting of our country wedding perfectly.  The servers were attentive and polite, Alex and Dan were extremely helpful in organizing the rentals and making sure all of the details were taken care of, and it was just a pleasure to work with them through the whole process!

People were intrigued and delighted with the food. Overwhelming raves about the taste and contents and many appreciated the fact it was all organic. I thought the flowers a wonderful touch to the serving dishes....you chose a colour and a kind of 'tropic' feel by them which I suspect was intentional and so thoughtful of you. I loved the 'folded' napkins in a basket which was also just the right tone of organic informality that the burlap and the fresh ingredients of the appetizers called for given my indigenous Brazilian theme.
